The controversial governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, has come under public blast after likening Buhari and his grandfather.

The highly vocal governor who is known for hurling criticisms at the Federal Government, recently likened President Buhari to his grandfather while making a speech.

Mr Fayose had made the comment while speaking at an event organised by the Oyo State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists to celebrate the World Press Freedom Day in Ibadan.

However, his comments have not gone down well with many Nigerians who attacked his choice of words.
