A transgender man found himself in trouble after his p*nis developed cancerous cells because he taped it down to look more like a woman.

A legendary performer, known as “Sexy Pancake”, who became an internet sensation for his hilarious online postings has had his p*nis removed.
He had taped down his genitals every day to convince others he was a woman. But after a trip to a clinic he was told his manhood had to be amputated to stop the cancer from spreading, as a result of this daily routine, Dailystar reports.
According to experts, the restricted blood flow allowed cancerous cells to grow and spread.

A short statement on his Facebook fan page announced: “Pancake started developing penile cancer because he always taped them up for photoshoots, and sometimes left them like that overnight.”
Sexy Pancake became famous for his raunchy but comic depictions of life. He was a popular ladyboy in Isaac region of north-eastern Thailand.
