Popular actor, Ibrahim Suleiman has started a conversation about s3xual assault in Nollywood.

Ibrahim Suleiman has gone on X, formerly Twitter, to start a conversation about s3xual assault in the Nigerian movie industry.

The actor wrote: "The day #MeToo Nollywood Edition will pop off here? Scenes."


 

However,  Nigerians responded, telling Ibrahim that nothing will happen to those who are exposed for s3xual harassment if victims in Nollywood speak out.


The #MeToo movement  is a social movement and awareness campaign against s3xual abuse, s3xual harassment and r@pe culture, in which women publicize their experiences of s3xual abuse or s3xual harassment.

A number of Hollywood big names were implicated when the #MeToo wave swept the American entertainment industry.
