A video of a Nigerian man lamenting about the way police officers repeatedly stop his car for a search, has gone viral.
The man filmed himself inside a ride before encountering police officers somewhere in Ojota, Lagos, who stopped him for a search.
He said this is becoming frustrating as he is always getting stopped for a search by the police officers.
''I don't know why they stop me. That is how they always stop me. You asked me a question. What have I done to these people? Every day they are always stopping me, what is the problem? I can't be free in my own country? what is it?' Am I the only citizen of this country?''
The officers ordered him to enter their vehicle and follow them to their station but he refused.
‘’I am not going anywhere. I am not entering any vehicle'' he said.
