There was a fire outbreak at Lafia Modern Market located in Nasarawa State in the early hours of Friday.
It was gathered that the fire destroyed several shops in the market as the owners and sympathizers watched helplessly.
At the time of filing this report, rescue efforts were yet to commence, and no information was available on the probable loss of life arising from the fire incident.
