The son of the former Ebonyi traditional ruler opined that the culture in Igbo land made it explicitly clear that every child born in marriage is owned by the woman's husband.

A Nigerian man, Nelson Igboke, has called for DNA tests to be abolished in Igboland.

The son of the former Ebonyi traditional ruler opined that the culture in Igbo land made it explicitly clear that every child born in marriage is owned by the woman's husband.

Nelson stated this in a Facebook post on Monday, December 9.

"The advent of DNA test should be abolished in Igboland. Our culture made it explicitly clear that every child born in marriage is owned by the woman husband,
" he wrote.
