Uduak Udoh, an aide to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, has sparked reactions over the goof he made during the funeral of the first lady of Akwa Ibom state, Patience Umo Eno, last Friday.

While speaking to newsmen at the funeral, Uduak, shockingly ‘’congratulated' the state governor, Umo Eno, over the demise of his wife.

‘’Let me first of all congratulate his Excellency, the governor of the state over the demise of his dear lovely wife. I want to wish all of us a very happy state today. May God bless you. Thank you". he said

Nigerians have been reacting to his comment.

Media personality, Reuben Abati, while reacting to the statement made by Uduak, said;

‘’When I said Division Three people are the ones who get into government. This is a perfect exemplification, illustration of my point, about the leadership procurement process in Nigeria.

A man has lost his wife and at the funeral, you say you congratulate him. What kind of characters are this? These are the kinds of leaders that one day will be promoted by Peter's principal beyond the level of his competence and will go to an international community and embarrass Nigerians by just talking from the wrong side of his brain''
