A man who is obviously repentant after cheating on his wife has found himself in a serious fix that he wants out of.
The man shared his story showing how he is now very remorseful but in a fix of how to explain it to his wife.

I don't knw how to explain this to my wife without hurting her and without putting my marriage in jeopardy.
I fell to the antics of my secretary in the office and had s*x with her right there in the office. However, since then my conscience has been pricking me, even though I've sacked her but I can't have peace within me.
I feel deep down that I should tell my wife but I really dont know how. My friend told me that what she doesn't know won't hurt her as long as I have stopped and that she too may have her own secrets that she cant tell me. But I still dont have peace. I want to tell her.
I need guidance on how to make it up with my wife without hurting her feelings.
My problem is that she may lose her trust on me.
Please help.
