A trigger-happy policeman who is currently at large has virtually ended the happy life of a random man who he shot for no just cause.
Seriously sick, Steve Arthur on his hospital bed
According to reliable reports, this man, Steve Arthur, was shot in the spine by a policeman in Ghana, who absconded and has been on the run for years now. Steve is totally paralyzed from the waist down and will be dependent for the rest of his life.
The complications from his spinal cord injury has also affected his entire body as he has continued to shrink physically as he is confined to his hospital bed almost forever.
