The acting Chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees Haliru Bello on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, after a meeting of the board stated that the PDP would only offer constructive criticism during President Buhari's administration.
Since losing the Presidential seat to the APC, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has played the role of the opposition, attacking everything the ruling party does.
The PDP has now said that it would offer constructive criticism during the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
This was stated by the Acting Chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees, Haliru Bello on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, after a meeting of the board.
“We will offer constructive criticism to the Federal Government,” Bello said while speaking to journalists.
“The PDP will bounce back in style and we are already in the process of bringing back the glory of the party,” he added.
The meeting was the first held by the BoT since former President, Goodluck Jonathan vacated the office on May 29.
