Police Arrest Six Men Who Allegedly S0domised 13-year-old Boy For Three years

Azare stated that the victim was rescued following the arrest of the suspects.

Six persons have been arrested by the Akwa Ibom State Police Command in connection with the alleged gang-r@pe of a 13-year-old boy.
 
The State Commissioner of Police, CP Baba Azare, disclosed this during his maiden briefing held at the command's headquarters in Ikot Akpan-Abia, Uyo on Monday, January 13, 2025.
 
According to the CP, the victim, who has been rescued, was repeatedly s0domised for three years by the suspects.
 
Azare added that the victim was rescued following the arrest of the suspects.
 
“On 8th January 2025, based on information received from concerned journalists, a 13-year-old child reported being r@ped repeatedly for about three years by about four different men (s0domy), the operatives of the Command swung into action immediately and arrested one Okwudili Levi Okeke AKA Eze ‘m’ (aged 34 years), Idara Itam Daniel ‘m’ (aged 23 years), David Udoh James ‘m’ (aged 23 years), Udofia Edem Udosen ‘m’ (aged 29 years), David Bassey Bassey ‘m’ (aged 26 years), and Daniel Jacob Edet ‘m’ (aged 30 years),” the CP stated.
     
"Investigation revealed that Okwudili Okeke was recruited into s0domy and has had anal s3x with several men in the state.
     
"This is a crime against humanity and will not be condoned.
     
Suspects will soon be prosecuted after completion of the investigation."
