A homeless couple has been charged with lewd and lascivious behaviour and breach of peace after they were caught having s*x on a beach in view of passers-by.
According to the police, Edward Lyles, 38, and 35-year-old Priscilla Croft were reportedly spotted by a passerby indulging in some afternoon delight on Daytona Beach, Florida.
When police men arrived the scene around 1pm yesterday, they allegedly found the pair doing the deed in a tent, where people could see them, reports WESH.
The pair were arrested and taken into custody.
Lyles has been charged with lewd and lascivious behaviour and breach of peace. Police will say whether the horny couple would appear in court today.
