A horny man has drugged and brutally r*ped a minor after he agreed to give him shelter from the rain.
A 22-year-old police officer has landed in trouble after luring a minor with black tea before r*ping him.
Simon Mutisya from Kenya has been accused of defiling the 17-year-old boy on April 4 in his house. He had met the minor at a gambling hall within Soweto Police Station, where he reportedly introduced himself as a cop.
It is claimed that Mutisya offered to host the boy for the night since it was getting late and it was raining. The boy who agreed didn't know Mutisya was into boys. He served him black tea, but the boy became drowsy after taking the beverage.
The Nairobian reports that the minor blacked out and that was when Mutisya, together with another man (only identified as a sugarcane seller) allegedly sodomised him. After the incident, the boy reported the matter to police who managed to arrest Mutisya.
But the accused denied the charges and was released on a surety bond of Sh300,000. The case will be heard on August 15.
