Ondo Amotekun Rescues 75-year-old Grandma R@ped By Kidnappers

While parading the suspects at the Amotekun headquarters in Akure, the Ondo State capital, the security outfit also presented some suspected kidnappers arrested for abducting 18 passengers from a bus along the Akure–Owo highway a few weeks ago.


 

The Ondo State Security Network Agency, codenamed Amotekun Corps, rescued a 75-year-old woman from her abductors after she was s3xually molested in Ifira Akoko, Akoko South-East Local Government area of the State.
 
Narrating her ordeal, the septuagenarian said, “I was on my way back from the farm that fateful sunny day after work, when I saw three men approaching me“
 
"As soon as they saw me, they grabbed my hands and dragged me into the bush. The next thing I knew was one of them forcefully removing my clothes and p3n3trating me.”
 
“I don’t know how I ended up with Amotekun because I was confused. All I knew was that they came to rescue me after hearing my cries."

One of the victims recounted how one of the kidnappers r3.ped her.
 
"They marched us out of the bus. One mallam (Fulani man) held my neck and dragged me from the road into the bush. After about 20 minutes of struggling, he tore off my clothes and r@ped me,
” she narrated.
 
The Amotekun Corps Commander in the state, Akogun Adetunji Adeleye, stated that the suspects would be charged to court without delay, upon completion of investigation.
