Singer Damilola Afolabi aka L.A.X has opened up on why he filed a N500 million defamation suit against a Twitter troll.
A Twitter user, @edna_reese had alleged that singer had herpes.
She made the claim in a loved-up photo shared online by the singer.
Reacting to the photo, the lady wrote:
‘Rasaki wicked herpes giver. Omo! Love and light to you.’
The lady later revealed that she was arrested shortly after making the statement about L.A.X having the herpes virus.
Speaking in an interview with Chude, L.A.X disclosed that before he slapped the troll with the defamation suit, he checked her page and realized she was a cyberbully with a fake bio and profile picture who spreads lies about people to tarnish their image.
