Everyone wants a great body and flat tummy, but it is very hard to get. However, with this 5 minute video, you can do better by consistent practice. Coach Mike Chang designed a great workout technique that has helped many people. 
 
The best part is that you can practice at home without going to the gym. Training consists of three exercises. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds, and it is necessary to do 3 sets. It is important to emphasize that we should not make a break between exercises!
