The governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai has been caught on camera in a way he had never been seen before.

Governor Nasir El-Rufai was pictured 'kneeling' beside former president Olusegun Obasanjo at the 2nd Regional Security Summit in Abuja.

Also pictured is former Nigeria Minister of Agriculture and the President of African Development Bank, Dr Akinwumi Adesina.

Why he had to kneel down at the time is what has baffled viewers on social media.

Nigeria is hosting the second regional security meeting in Abuja to consolidate efforts for regional peace and development.

Present at the summit are the Heads of State of France, Benin, Cameroon, Chad, Gabon, Niger, Senegal, Togo, Equatorial Guinea and host Nigeria.
