Record executive, Soso Soberekon has revealed the reason Peter Okoye, of the defunct P-Square group, allegedly gave as to why his rift with his twin brother Paul Okoye has not been resolved despite outside intervention.
Talent manager, Soso appeared on an Instagram Live Chat with media personality Daddy Freeze.
During their conversation, Soso named some powerful people who have allegedly tried to settle the issue between the brothers.
He said Goodluck Jonathan, Patience Jonathan, Peter Obi, Emeka Offor, Obioma Liyel Imoke – wife of former Cross River State governor – and more have intervened. He added that he heard, but isn't sure, that Dangote also intervened all to no avail.
Soso alleged that Peter Okoye said he was not comfortable with how the issue was resolved.
In Soso's words, "According to Peter (Okoye), he was not comfortable with how Peter Obi handled it."
The Okoye brothers – Peter Okoye, Paul Okoye, and Jude Okoye – have been at loggerheads for years now stemming from their music partnership.
Their issue has even led to a court case with the EFCC.
