Gospel singer Mercy Chinwo has won at the 2025 Trace Awards.
She won the Best Gospel Artist award at the much-awaited second edition of the awards which held on Wednesday, February 26, at The Mora Resort in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
The award featured top artists from around the world like Rema, Wizkid, Tyler, Josey, Stonebwoy, and others.
Recognized for her amazing voice and touching gospel music, Chinwo dedicated the award to God and her devoted supporters.
“This victory is not just mine but for everyone who believes in the power of gospel music,” she said in her acceptance speech.
Her inspiring songs, such as Excess Love, Obinasom, and Wonder, have touched millions around the world, making her one of the top gospel artists of this time.
