Five officials of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State, have been kidnapped by armed bandits.

Among those abducted are the Chairman of Dan Isah Ward, Yahaya Sani Dogon Kade, and the Chairman of Sakajiki Ward, Bello Dealer.
According to security analyst, Zagazola Makama, the APC officials were on their way to the residence of Senator Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari when their convoy was ambushed by bandits, who took five members hostage.
