Businesswoman Reveals What She Noticed While Paying Salary To Two Of Her Muslim Employees

A businesswoman, Roberta Edu has urged Muslims to make clarifications over an observation she made while paying salaries to her employees who are co-wives.

The woman explained that she noticed two of her female employees provided the same account details for their salaries to be paid into and the account did not bear any of their names.

When she asked about it, she was told that the women are married to the same man and their salary should be paid to their husband according to Islamic practice.

The businesswoman asked Muslims how true this is.

Followers who commented said the action is no different from human trafficking and they expressed fears that the man could use the women's income to marry a third wife who would come to work for him too.
