A High Court in Effurun, Uvwie LGA of Delta State, has ordered the remand of a man identified as Austin at the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Okere, for allegedly killing his nephew in a dispute over property.
The suspect was charged to court by the Delta State Police Command on Tuesday, according to Daily Post.

A human rights activist, Comrade Israel Joe was with the pregnant wife of the deceased in court.
Joe had insisted that justice must prevail in the matter.
