A South African man has crashed his vehicle with the intention of k!lling himself and his wife during a heated altercation over suspected infidelity.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to Hazelmere Road in Mhlasini - KZN at approximately 09:42 on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
On arrival, Reaction Officers found a brown Nissan SUV in a bush along the road.
The 49-year-old female passenger informed Reaction Officers she and her husband were travelling from Cottonlands to Mhlasini - KZN when she found female clothing in his car.
When she confronted her husband, he allegedly threatened to end both their lives.

The female sustained injuries to her back and was transported to hospital by ambulance.
The man was not injured.
