Nollywood actress Queeneth Hilbert has dragged actress, Destiny Etiko to court.
Recall that last week, Queeneth called out Destiny for snatching people’s Odogwu. She claimed that Etiko snatched one of her exes from Benin who was driving a Benz.
Following the accusation, Destiny, through her lawyers filed an N100m petition against Queeneth, requesting she retract her defamatory publication against her on all social media platforms.
Destiny also demanded Queeneth cease and desist from publishing, discriminating, and making any further false and defamatory statement about her and a retraction of the derogatory publication.
Reacting, Queeneth Hilbert filed a counter-application for an order to enforce her fundamental rights.
Sharing a screenshot of the application on her Instagram page, Queeneth told Destiny to see her in court.
