This is the first official meeting of the PDP’s top leadership since the apex court rejected Anyanwu’s motion for a stay of execution of a High Court judgment that removed him from office and replaced him with Hon. Sunday Udeh-Okoye.
The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led by Umar Damagum, is currently in a crucial emergency meeting.
The meeting is coming after the Supreme Court dismissed the motion seeking to halt the removal of Senator Samuel Anyanwu as the party’s National Secretary.
