Nine People Rescued In Three-Storey Building Collapse In Lagos

Men of Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, as well as Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, are on ground trying to rescue victims.

At least nine people have been rescued from the rubble of the building that collapsed earlier today in the Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos State.

The building which housed a restaurant collapsed at about 8am today April 19.

Men of Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, as well as Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, are on ground trying to rescue victims.

The survivors have been rushed to a hospital for immediate treatment.

Meanwhile, the cause of the collapse was yet to be ascertained at press time.
