A Nigerian man, Omera Ugbede, has a word of advice to his fellow men.

Taking to Facebook, he urged them to marry women who would pray for them while they sleep instead of checking their phones.

“Marry a woman that will secretly lay hands on you to pray when you are sleeping instead of the one that will check your phone," he wrote.
