Armed gunmen have attacked Ilesha Baruba Motor Park in Kwara State on the night of Monday killing four.
The attack also left two others seriously injured.
According to security analyst Zagazola Makama, who shared the information on X on Tuesday, around 10 gunmen opened fire indiscriminately at people who were relaxing at a local joint near the motor park at approximately 9:30 p.m.
The victims have been identified as Alhaji Ja’awire, Abduljabar, Mohammed Nasamu, and another individual whose name has not yet been confirmed.
The attackers fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
Security forces swiftly responded to the scene, where the bodies of the deceased were collected and taken to the Ilesha Baruba Morgue for autopsy.
The two injured victims were quickly rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.
