Nigerian food vlogger, Sisi Yemmie, has taken to the X platform to open up on her conversation with her housekeeper's partner, who asked him to fire her from her job.
She explained that the man has 4 kids with her housekeeper and they live together as a couple. However, they are not married.
The vlogger added that the man urged her during a phone call to fire the housekeeper because the money she is earning is making her proud, and he doesn't have a job.
Sisi Yemmie's tweet prompted a woman to share the story of her parents. She disclosed that her father, who was jobless, did the same thing to her mother, forcing her employees to fire her.
This, she said, marked the beginning of their suffering as a family and her mother died as a result.
