A fire outbreak on Wednesday swept through parts of the popular Jos Terminus Market in Plateau State, destroying goods and properties valued at millions of naira.
According to a post by security analyst, Zagazola Makama on his official X handle on Wednesday, the inferno caused extensive damage to the market.
“Fire outbreak in Jos, the Plateau State capital, has destroyed some parts of the popular Jos commercial Terminus market.
“Goods and properties worth millions of naira were burnt in the fire, which has since been brought under control, as of the time of filing this report,” Makama stated.
The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
