Nigerian singer/songwriter, Spyro, has taken a swipe at this generation for celebrating questionable wealth.

The singer shared a video of a clergyman tackling his colleagues who celebrate people, including politicians, with ill-gotten wealth.

In the video, the cleric said,

‘’This Christianity that any politician that comes we give him a microphone on the pulpit, is not a standard in the bible. This thing that my generation celebrates that somebody is not a child of God but anything that happens to their life they would say it is God…we have come to the point that even when somebody's life is wrong but because they have the things we call result, we are willing to appropriate their results to God and forgive their immoral lifestyle is the way of God.''

Reacting to the post, Spyro agreed with it and stated that people nowadays are always calling God's name on what was achieved through sin.

‘’Too profound, my generation steady calling God's name on what was achieved in SIN..HMM''
