While details of his arrest are still sketchy, the youths took to the streets to call for his release.
Youths in Abuja have began a protest against the arrest of controversial critic, Martins Otse aka Verydarkman.
It all started after Verydarkman stormed a Guaranty Trust Bank branch in Abuja with his mother to make demands on her account with the bank.
After sorting the issue, he was reportedly arrested by security operatives outside the bank.
Following the incident, his supporters took to the streets to condemn the manner he was arrested and also demand for his release.
The youths were seen chanting “He’s not a thief, Now VDM has blocked the road, Release VDM.”
