Man Resists Arrest As KAI Officials Bundle Him Into Black Maria In Lagos (Video)

A video has captured the moment officials of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps, popularly known as Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI), bundled a man into their van.

The man is said to have crossed the busy Cele Bus Stop stretch of the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway instead of using the pedestrian bridge.

He was sighted by KAI officials who then made to arrest him.

However, the man attempted to flee but was chased down and carried into a Black Maria by the officers.

A video shows a KAI official lifting the man up by the waist like a child and forcing him into the back of the van.

In Lagos, crossing the highway where a pedestrian bridge exists is an offence punishable by a fine or jail term.
