Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has opined that God created men to be providers and not lovers.
Taking to the X platform, he stated that when a man provides for his family, he automatically provides love as well.
He shared this opinion while arguing that love is never sufficient for a marriage.
Reno also stated that a marriage without love can survive, but it cannot last without money.
‘’Love is NEVER sufficient to build a marriage. There are other more important things. Like emotional maturity and financial stability. A marriage without love can last if there is maturity and fiscal strength. But it cannot last if there is love without money and being emotionally hardy. Look back to your grandparents. Were they in love? But their marriage lasted eighty years. God did not create man to be a lover. He made him to be a provider. By providing money, he also provides love! ‘’
