He revealed that some officials of Lagos state government had seized the utensils he uses for his roadside Akara business.
A roadside Akara seller has been reduced to tears after officials of the Lagos state government allegedly seized his pots, frying pan, gas cylinder and other cooking utensils for his business.
The man was seen in a viral video crying in pain over the loss of his business utensils.
He revealed that some officials of Lagos state government had seized the utensils he uses for his roadside Akara business even after he had pleaded with them to release it.
With a sorrowful voice, he noted that he cannot afford to buy all the equipment again and the utensils are the means by which he makes his living.
He said in part:
“This is what I’m using to feed me and my family. I have someone that I’m paying her school fees, I don’t know her father or mother, so it’s not only for my children…”
