Many lives have been lost after a gigantic billboard collapsed on some tricycles carrying passengers in Aba, Abia State.
It was gathered that the incident happened on Wednesday, May 28, while it was raining at the Salad Market junction near the GIA Event Centre.
According to eyewitnesses, passengers were trapped in the tricycles, popularly called keke napep, with some feared de@d.
"People are de@d, people don't kpai for here finish," a woman is heard saying at the scene.
No official confirmation has been made by concerned authorities about the incident or the actual number of casualties at the time of filing this report.
