The men were apprehended during a raid by men of the Lagos state environmental task force on Thursday, May 29.
As many as 56 male suspects have been apprehended by operatives for wandering in the streets of Lagos.

According to the state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, the raid took place at about 1.30am and areas raided include Falomo bridge, Four Point area, First gate, Muri Okunola park, Law School area and other adjoining streets where the presence of some undesirable elements was noticed and narcotic substance suspected to be indian hemp, illicit drugs and dangerous object like scissors were found on them.
Wahab stated that all the suspects will be charged to court accordingly.
