Social critic, Isaac Fayose has reacted to the fight between world's richest man, Elon Musk and US President Donald Trump.

Explaining his observation, he pointed out that there is no freedom of speech in Africa.

According to him, no businessman in Africa would try what Musk is currently doing because his freedom is not guaranteed.

Recall that Musk fell out with Trump over his "Big, Beautiful Bill" and both men called each other out on Thursday, June 5.

Amid their public blow out, Elon took to X to say Trump wouldn't have won the President position without him. He also accused Trump of ingratitude.

Reacting, Fayose mentioned that such cannot happen in Nigeria.

He asked Nigerians to imagine what would happen if Dangote were to say that he made Tinubu President of Nigeria. Fayose said Dangote's businesses would be grounded if he tried such.

He added he (Fayose) has even been cautioned against criticising politicians like Wike, with people telling him there would be consequences if he continues to do so.

Fayose wondered when Africa would get to a point where citizens can criticise the government without being intimidated by the powers that be.

Watch him speak in the video below.
