Nonso Temisan Ajufo, the popular Nigerian disc jockey, who is better known as DJ Big N has issued a strong warning to the wave of newcomers entering the DJ industry without genuine passion or substance.
Taking to his Instagram page, the Mavin Records official DJ wrote: "Everybody now wants to be a DJ. It's not an escape route, it's not a plan B. If you don't have deep love for music, you will be a flash in the pan."
He didn’t stop there. In a direct jab at trend-following DJs, he added: "Yeah I'm talking to those DJs who think the only music out there is Amapiano. Build your crates."
