Some police operatives from the Onitsha Main Market Division, with assistance from some traders, have arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of a 17-year-old boy and recovered an automatic pump-action rifle.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Ikoiye Orutugu, while frowning at the security operatives' avoidable and unprofessional behaviour, ordered the immediate transfer of the suspects to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Awka, for a comprehensive investigation.
