According to her, she can't marryt a man who isn’t serving in any department in his church, or doesn’t believe in paying tithes.
She stated this in a video shared online.

“If you’re not serving in any department in your church, or you’re not serving as a steward anywhere, you cannot marry me. If you don’t believe in tithe as a man, I don’t believe that I’m your wife.”
