Just like Lagos state's LASTMA, Kaduna has joined the short list of Nigerian states with a state traffic management agency.

Kaduna state governor, Nasir El Rufai, commissioned the Kaduna State Traffic and Environmental Law Enforcement Agency, KASTELEA, yesterday, May 24th, 2016.
This will go a long way in creating jobs for the teeming population, while also accurately managing the flow of traffic in the northern state.
