The incident was reported to the Saki Zonal Fire Station at exactly 1:43 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, by a resident who rushed to the station to seek help.
A tragic incident occurred in the Saki Local Government Area of Oyo State, where a two-year-old girl lost her life after accidentally falling into a well at Orita Mokola Junction, Seedu Sabarumu.
The Oyo State Fire Services Agency recovered her body after responding to a request for assistance.

Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and retrieved the body using rescue equipment. Unfortunately, it was too late to revive the girl.
The Fire Service's Post-Incident Investigation Team has initiated an inquiry to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
