Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has revealed that before he took a selfie with Cristiano Ronaldo after a Serie A game in February 2021, he had to wait one hour.
He made the revelation during an interview with media personality Daddy Freeze.
The Nigeria international took the selfie with Ronaldo after Napoli’s 1-0 victory over Juventus in 2021.
“I said to him, ‘Chris [Cristiano Ronaldo], I’d like to take a picture with you.’ He said, ‘Yeah, come to the dressing room,’” Osimhen said.
“[Gianluigi] Buffon saw me, came to me, and asked what I wanted.
“He went to the gym and told me Ronaldo was working out, told me to sit with him.
“We were just talking, it was almost 30 minutes, he wasn’t out yet. I waited for one hour, he was still working out,” he said.
