Bashir had said the North would ensure that Tinubu loses his reelection bid in 2027.
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ayekooto Akindele has reacted after Nasir El-Rufai’s son, Bashir stated that he can’t wait to ensure Tinubu loses the 2027 presidential election and return to Lagos.
Reacting on Friday, Akindele said President Bola Tinubu is now a problem to the family of former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai.
Akindele claimed that El-Rufai’s family are groaning and gnashing their teeth over Tinubu.
Bashir had said the North would ensure that Tinubu loses his reelection bid in 2027.
Posting an image of Tinubu on X, he wrote: “Can’t wait for this man to relocate back to Bourdillion. The North is ready.”
Reacting, Akindele wrote: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has become the Family Problem of the El-Rufais. They are groaning and gnashing their teeth.”
El-Rufai is currently attached to the opposition coalition determined to remove Tinubu from power in 2027.
