15 persons have died after gunmen invaded the Bokkos and Mangu local government areas of Plateau State.
According to reports, the recent outbreak of violence occurred on Thursday night in the Manja community of Chakfem kingdom in Mangu, as well as in the Tangur community in Bokkos.
The k!llers invaded the communities at different intervals.

It has been reported that the attackers operated for a period during the assaults before vanishing.
DailyTrust reported that seven individuals were killed in Mangu, while eight fatalities were reported in Bokkos.
One source indicated that the gunmen entered their community and began firing indiscriminately while also breaking into people’s homes.
The Director of Culture for the Mwaghavul Development Association and Director of the IDP (Pilot Science) Camp in Mangu, Shohotden Mathias Ibrahim, verified the death toll from the Mangu attack to newsmen, stating that there is currently a state of tension within the community.
Plateau State Command of the Nigeria Police Force had yet to confirm the incident as of the time of filing this report.
