Lagos-based human rights lawyer, Festus Ogun, has announced his intention to sue Governor Sanwo-Olu for blocking him on X (formerly Twitter) for the past three years.
In a post shared on his X handle, Festus said he will be approaching the courts this July to seek redress.
He says he will do this because as he believes the governor blocking residents on social media is an attack on constitutional rights to freedom of speech.
