A Nigerian man recounted his experience in Kigali, Rwanda, where he lost a bag containing his MacBook—only to return five hours later and find it exactly where he had left it.
According to him, the cab driver confidently told him, “If you are sure it came into Kigali, you will find it.”
True to his word, they returned to the airport and found the bag untouched.
He noted that the driver kept praising Rwanda’s security system, insisting that “they don’t steal.”
