Yinka Theisen, the US-based nurse who was briefly married to Linc Edochie, has spoken out in an interview, sharing her experiences during her short time as a member of the Edochie family.
Yinka spoke to actor Uche Maduagwu on Instagram Live.
Ahead of the interview, she wrote on Facebook that she was going to speak up to clear the air.
Speaking to Uche on Friday night, July 4, Yinka, who was married to Linc Edochie, son of actor Pete Edochie, for a short while before they split recently, claimed that the Edochie family threw her under the bus and she believes it is because of her tribe.
She said: "I don't appreciate the way the family threw me under the bus. I asked Linc, is it because I'm Yoruba and he said he believes so."
She said that she was accused of being the one who leaked the phone numbers of the oldest Edochie son, Leo Edochie, and another Edochie family member.
She denied this and said she did not leak any of their numbers to the public for the brothers to be bombarded with calls.
Recall that Yinka released May Edochie's personal phone number after she accused May of staying silent while her supporters, May Nation, attack her.
Consequently, May Nation shared phone numbers of Linc Edochie and Leo Edochie and asked people to bombard them with calls in retaliation for the leak of May's number.
Yinka has now insisted that she had no hand in leaking the phone numbers of the Edochie brothers.
Yinka also addressed her beef with Rita Edochie, an aunt to Linc Edochie. She alleged that actress Rita Edochie is pretending to be on her former in-law May Edochie's side while instigating problems for May behind the scene.
Recall that Rita Edochie has constantly declared support for May Edochie after her husband Yul Edochie, the youngest son of actor Peter Edochie, got his colleague Judy Austin, pregnant and secretly married her while still married to May Edochie.
Yinka married Linc in June 2025 and immediately began publicly showing love to Yul Edochie and Judy Austin, a move that did not go down well with supporters of May Edochie.
