Journalist, Reuben Abati has slammed ex-SGF, Babachir Lawal after he told a TVC presenter to ‘shut up’ on live TV.
Abati and his colleagues at Arise TV dared Babachir Lawal to come to their studio and try such a thing.
Recall that the politician had during an interview last night on TVC news ordered the presenter to shut up.
Bachir Lawal who was queried on his qualms about the 2023 and 2019 election had shut down the interviewer, asking him to shut up, before going on to make his own words heard.
Reacting, Abati and his colleagues condemned the act and dared Babachir.
Reuben Abati said:
“Let Babachir Lawal come here and try it. And try to say ‘shut up’ the kind of flogging that he will receive. In fact he will not be able to sleep that night.”
